Deposits & Appointment Changes

As per our terms and conditions, deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to change your appointment, we require a minimum of three working days’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

While we strive to attend and complete all treatments as scheduled, there are rare circumstances beyond our control that may affect your appointment.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel or traffic delays (your treater will update you if this occurs)
  • Equipment or machine failure (in which case, we will offer you the next available booking)
  • Temporary payment technology/network issues (alternative payment methods will be required)
  • Illness of your treater (an alternative consultant will be offered where possible)

In such circumstances, your deposit will remain non-refundable; however, you will be offered an alternative appointment date at the earliest available time.

Note that answering phone messages won’t be accepted.

Please ensure you arrive at your appointment ten minutes before the scheduled time.

This is important because the necessary paperwork needs to be completed.

Avoid late arrivals, as they can lead to reduced treatment time or even the forfeiture of your appointment.

LA Lipo will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time as scheduled.

However, at times this may not occur due to constraints beyond our control; hence, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel your appointment with advance notice.

Before your appointment, we’ll inform you about any preparation needed in advance of the treatment.

If you fail to follow the guidelines we require, it may lead to cancellation of your appointment, additional fees being charged, or reduced treatment time.

If you pay upfront for a treatment at LA Lipo, you won’t get this refunded in case you decide to change your mind.

But you have the option and can use the fee you have paid for another treatment.

Consultation Fees

Our consultation fees are £15, which covers the time our consultants dedicate to providing you with personalised advice. If you wish to proceed with treatment, this will be deducted from your final treatment price. If you do not want to proceed with treatment, you will not be eligible for a refund, as this covers our consultant’s time spent discussing your treatment course with you. 

PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS

To secure the appointment, a deposit of £ 50 – £ 300 is due by bank transfer, cash, debit, or credit card at the time of booking.

The deposit will be applied towards the treatment costs on the day of your appointment.

You must pay for all treatment bookings in full upon arrival at the clinic, prior to your treatment commencing.

Purchased treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

COURSE OF TREATMENTS

All treatments purchased as a course must be fully paid for in advance of your first treatment.

All treatments must be booked or taken within one year of the purchase date.

Any treatment that is left unbooked or unattended for a period of one year will be forfeited.

If you do not follow a recommended treatment course and/or aftercare, you may not achieve the desired results or be as visible as expected, and LA Lipo can’t be held responsible.

Generally, results will vary from one person to another and can’t be guaranteed.

That’s subject to your lifestyle and diet, plus any medical conditions you may be having.

TREATMENT REFUSAL

We have the right to refuse you treatment without reservation.

Furthermore, if you don’t advise us of a medical condition that may hinder your ability to receive treatment, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and charge you for the cancellation in full.

VOUCHERS/SPECIAL OFFERS

Discounts can’t be used in conjunction with other offers – discounts apply against the RRP only.

When you make a booking with a voucher, that voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Failure to arrive at your appointment will result in forfeiture of your voucher.

Rescheduling your voucher booking requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Decisions of management are final and not open to discussion.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY

We’ll continually assess whether the treatment is suitable for you and whether it is likely to be successful before proceeding with any treatment.

If not, we’ll tell you the reason why. You’ll only be accountable for the initial consultation cost, where applicable.

LIABILITY

LA Lipo Havant won’t be liable in tort, contract or otherwise for economic loss (without limitation, this includes loss of profit) or any other special, consequential or indirect loss or damage resulting in connection with, or arising out of, its provision of goods or services we offer to clients.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide LA Lipo with all relevant medical history, including pre-existing medical conditions, before each treatment.

LA Lipo won’t be liable for damages, which include a personal injury sustained due to the failure of the client to disclose such details.

All clients agree to act in accordance with all instructions and/or recommendations that are given to them on behalf of or by LA Lipo concerning the care of an area that has been treated.

Nothing in these business terms shall limit or exclude LA Lipo’s liability for death or personal injury arising from LA Lipo’s negligence or that of any of LA Lipo’s agents.

DEPOSITS

In the event of a no-show, a 100% fee will be charged.

Deposits are non-refundable, except when you’re not able to continue with the treatment due to medical reasons.
